When you're looking for veterinary care you can count on, we're here. Superior care, excellent service, and a team that genuinely loves animals — from your very first visit.
Your First Visit
We've designed every step of your visit to be clear, comfortable, and focused entirely on your pet's wellbeing.
Call us at (386) 423-9551 and we'll find a time that works for you. All patients are seen by appointment, so we can give your pet our full, undivided attention from the moment you arrive.
In order for our staff and doctors to be able to prepare for your pet's appointment ahead of time, please email us your pets medical records or let us know where your pet was seen previously and we can call to have their records emailed to us.
If it is not possible to get the records to us ahead of time, please bring any medical history you have when you come in. It's helpful to keep a journal of your pet's health and share it with our team.
Our bright, welcoming reception area — complete with our hand-painted pet mural — is designed to set your pet at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Our front desk team will get you checked in quickly and comfortably.
One of our licensed veterinarians will perform a thorough head-to-tail physical examination of your pet. This is your time to ask questions — we want you to leave feeling informed and confident about your pet's health.
If diagnostics are needed, most can be performed right here in our clinic — no referrals or long waits required. Our in-house lab, digital X-ray, and ultrasound capabilities mean we can often diagnose and begin treatment in a single visit.
Before you leave, your veterinarian will walk you through everything — findings, recommendations, and any follow-up care. We want you to feel fully prepared to care for your pet at home.
Annual Wellness
Once a year, your pet should be brought in for a complete physical exam — essentially a full health check-up. One of our licensed veterinarians will check the health of your pet from head to tail and provide any necessary medical advice or recommendations to keep them thriving.
We believe in preventive care. Catching problems early — before they become serious — is one of the most important things we can do for your pet's long-term health and quality of life.
Be Prepared
A little preparation goes a long way toward making your visit smooth and productive.
Any prior vaccine history, including rabies certificates, helps us build on your pet's existing preventive care record.
Prior bloodwork, urinalysis, X-rays, or specialist reports give us a valuable baseline for comparison.
Bring all medications, supplements, flea/tick preventives, and heartworm products your pet is currently taking.
Written notes about changes in eating, drinking, energy, behavior, or bathroom habits — even small things — help us piece together the full picture.
What your pet eats, how much, and how often is important context for wellness discussions and weight management.
Write down anything you want to ask before you come in. No question is too small — we're here to help you understand your pet's health completely.
When You Need a Specialist
In some circumstances, we may refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise beyond general veterinary practice. When that's the right call for your pet, we'll make a warm referral and coordinate with the specialist to ensure continuity of care. We remain your primary veterinary team throughout.
Referrals are made when needed — your pet's best outcome is always the priority.
Give us a call and we'll find a time that's convenient for you — new patients and current clients both welcome.
